Why am I seeing errors in my Purchase Request?

These errors will display if your profile is missing the ‘Document Details’

To update your profile follow these steps:
Go to Profile Settings –> Document Defaults

Be sure to update the following sections:
Cost Center -> Company Code -> Plant -> Shipping Address
