What does attach an SOW/Quote mean on my Purchase Request?

Typically, this message comes forward when entering a Free Text/Non-Catalog request. You will need to add an attachment to your Purchase Request in order to proceed. To do so, please complete the following steps:

Click the 'Add Attachment' Button, then select any of the following documents to attach to your request SOW, Quote, Contract, Price List or Payment Schedule
