Purchase Manager Release Information 04/16/2016

What’s New

Shopper UI Features

1. When the Shopper places an item into the Shopping Cart or a Favorites List, it will display a larger vendor logo. This makes it easier for the user to view and identify the Supplier of the item.
2. Searchability has been improved on the Admin Panel, Profile page, and the Line Item Detail page. Upon clicking on the selected field, users will see a list of available options that filters as the user types inside the box. Users also have the availability to select a desired option from the drop down menu that appears.

Admin UI Features

1. While executing a search and the search results contain more than one page, clicking the next page arrow would reset the search parameters. The Administrator would be unable to view results after page 1. This has been fixed, and now the search functions correctly, and all pages can be viewed with the defined search parameters.
2. Searchability has been improved on the Admin Panel, Profile page, and the Line Item Detail page. Upon clicking on the selected field, users will see a list of available options that filters as the user types inside the box. Users also have the availability to select a desired option from the drop down menu that appears.
3. A company now has the ability to create the terms and conditions on a Purchase Order reflecting the Supplier policies. There is a PO Terms and Conditions section under the Documents/Settings Tab on the Administrator Navigation Bar. Within this section, there is now an HTML editor for dynamic terms & conditions. Companies have the ability to set a Vroozi default terms and conditions if Administrators that do not want to define the Supplier terms & conditions.
4. On the Reporting Dashboard, Administrators will now be able to page-through information.
5. For Purchase Manager customers that utilize the Sourcing Review feature, the sourcing Approval and Rejection drop down selection data is now saved on the back end.

Fixed Issues

Shopper UI Fixes

1. While the Shopper was viewing the item search results page and amended the "Page Size" drop down menu to display more items per page, subsequent pages after page 1 would be blank. This has been fixed. Now, when displaying items, the screen loads correctly when the Shopper is browsing multiple pages of search results.

Admin UI Fixes

1. When user records are being synced over to Purchase Manager from a company's HR system, the system will not default the person's first and last name as the address name when no address name is provided.
2. When in the Master Data area and searching for Plant Codes, the Administrator would be able to view deleted Plant Codes. This has been fixed, and now Plant Codes that have been deleted are no longer visible.
3. When an Administrator would deactivate a user, the changes would appear to be saved. However, when the Admin navigates away from the Users area, and returns to view the deactivated user, the user would still be active. This has been corrected, and now deactivated users stay deactivated.
